BingeReady is a personal TV show tracking application that helps you manage your watchlist, track episode progress, receive notifications when full seasons are available, and share recommendations. The app is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.
You must create an account to use BingeReady. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

You retain ownership of all personal data you enter into BingeReady (ratings, reviews, notes, lists, recommender contacts). We do not claim any ownership over your content.
TV show metadata (titles, posters, descriptions, air dates, streaming providers) is provided by The Movie Database (TMDb) and remains their intellectual property.
BingeReady sends push notifications to alert you when a TV season becomes fully available. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings. Notification delivery depends on third-party services (Apple Push Notification Service, Expo) and is not guaranteed.
We strive to keep BingeReady available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. TV show data accuracy depends on TMDb and may occasionally be incomplete or delayed.
BingeReady is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to inaccurate show data, missed notifications, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (which is zero for the free tier).
You may stop using BingeReady at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
BingeReady relies on third-party services including Firebase (Google), TMDb, and Expo. Your use of BingeReady is also subject to the terms and policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
